Latest Painting
This is a picture of my lastest painting that I have done. It is by far the largest painting I have ever done, and I am really happy with the way it has turned out. I think the colours that I have used have been very successful and I tried to layer the paint on thickly to create an interesting surface texture, I would love to know what you all think!

I love the geometric qualities here, with the dark green shape on the left and the light blue on the right :) makes me think of some futurist paintings...
ReplyDeleteThis image has a three dimensional quality, I like how the painting creates the illusion of three dimensionality on a 2d surface. Looking at the photo it creates a view point of which we should look from, for example this painting looks as if you have drawn from an angle which is directly above the figure. Sorry if you cannot understand that I am trying to explain what I mean but it’s hard!
